Pulled Pork Biscuit

For those who have read our blog and seen our Instagram before, you know our two main food focuses are southern food and BBQ. But, a third and often spoken focus of ours is utilizing leftovers. I abhor waste of any kind. Time, money, energy, and especially food are some things that should never be taken for granted and enjoyed to the fullest. There are so many people across the globe who haven’t any or very little of things. I try to never let a day pass without expressing some measure of gratitude.

We already have one of my favorite dishes to cook up on our blog: Pulled Pork. So easy and versatile, it goes with just about anything. The same can be said about our biscuits. (Is it a southern thing to want biscuits with every single meal or is the love and desire for biscuits three times a day something that transcends geography?)

So that leaves us with only one original recipe for this post: my Garlic Honey Sauce. Truth be told, there are probably a lot of other  sauces and/or gravies that would work well with this. This one is simply my favorite.

That brings us to the 4th thing we love so much: Brunch! This, in my opinion, is a fantastic brunch dish. One that will leave your brunch friends quietly discussing under their breath whether you made this on your own or brought it in from a nice restaurant.
